This area not only features the Shangshudi Architectural Complex – the most well-preserved authentic Ming Dynasty residential buildings in the Jiangnan region – but also includes structures spanning over 500 years, from the early Ming to the late Qing Dynasty.

The park includes Ziyang Park, Nanxi Academy, Gongshan Mountain, Wenshan Mountain, and Ziyang Lake. This is where the revered philosopher Zhu Xi was born and spent his childhood. The ancient camphor tree he planted, his handwritten “Four Fundamentals,” and the half-acre pond in front of his home seem to preserve the memories of eight centuries, silently sharing their stories with visitors.

In the afternoon, explore the [Youxi Shujing Tulou Fortress]:

At noon, visit the [Shaxian Snack Culture City]:
A national 4A-level tourist attraction where you can enjoy authentic local snacks all in one place. Also features a Snack Technology Museum and Folk Customs Museum to learn about the history and development of these snacks—both educational and entertaining.
After the tour, guests will be transferred to the high-speed rail station in accordance with their flight or train schedule for their return journey.
