【Service Standards】

1. Transportation: Local air-conditioned tour bus, guaranteed one seat per person (seat requests are not accepted; vehicle will be arranged based on actual number of passengers. Transportation is not included during free time or outside the itinerary).
2. Accommodation: Double room at a 5-star rated hotel (single supplement only, no refund). Check-in requires a valid original ID card (guests are responsible for any check-in issues without an ID card).(5-star rated hotel in Xiamen, e.g., Ruiyi Hotel Xiamen or similar)
3. Meals: Hotel breakfast for two
4. Ticket Fees: First entrance fee (marked with a ★ star in the itinerary)
5. Insurance: Includes travel agency liability insurance + personal travel accident insurance

【Not Included in the Price】

1. Costs of transportation between your place of residence and the service origin and destination (including flights/high-speed rail, etc.)
2. Personal expenses incurred by the traveler during the trip (including hotel deposits, laundry, hairdressing, telephone calls, drinks, tobacco and alcohol, pay TV, luggage handling, late check-out, etc., and personal expenses incurred during free time such as transportation, tour guide services, sightseeing, meals, shopping, etc.)
3. Additional expenses incurred due to itinerary changes caused by force majeure, including single room supplements and extra bed fees
4. Expenses not agreed to be paid by the travel agency in the contract and itinerary

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, adjustments to national or local policies, or disruptions caused by transportation authorities, any expenses incurred due to delays or other force majeure events will be borne by the traveler. The travel agency can assist in resolving such situations. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents during the trip, resulting in delays, the travel agency will not be liable for compensation. The travel agency may adjust the itinerary order and extend the tour duration without reducing the number of attractions visited.
4. Free time during the itinerary does not include hotel check-in.
5. Guests must bring valid identification documents to check into the hotel before departure. The travel agency will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to do so.
6. Additional expenses incurred due to unforeseen events or force majeure such as delays or cancellations of airlines, high-speed rail, or other major transportation services must be borne by the guest.
7. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. If a minor travels without an adult, the company is not responsible for any issues arising from this.
8. During free time, tourists should choose activities where they can control the risks and remain within the scope of their risk management. They should also follow relevant regulations and take necessary safety precautions to ensure their own safety.
9. Swimming and playing in closed waters are strictly prohibited. When engaging in water activities in designated areas, tourists should selectively participate based on their individual physical condition to ensure their safety.
10. Our itinerary does not include any designated shopping stops or optional excursions. If you choose to purchase anything at your own discretion, please do so carefully.
